Bi-lingual companion coloring book to “The Passion for Children: The Way of the Cross” audio CD.  In Holy Mass we say, “We proclaim Your death, Lord Jesus, until You come in glory. “ How can you teach children to comprehend this? Through these engaging illustrations with detailed explanations, enabling children to accompany Christ step-by-step through the traditional 14 Stations of the Cross.

Two large illustrations per station help instill in children’s imaginations the context of each station. Every child in our family gets a personal copy of this book, and our children as young as 3 years old join us during Lent as we listen to the CD, praying along with each station, coloring a picture every evening as we pray. Artwork created by a team of former Disney animators led by John Webber. Text by Ken and Virginia Davison, reviewed for theological accuracy by Fr Juan Diego Brunetta, OP.  32 pages, 8 x 11 inches, bi-lingual text.

Engage a childish imagination March 19, 2008

These books have extended Scriptural captions with multiple illustrations per mystery (so kids get the WHOLE story of the mystery, not just one simplified image) and artwork by former Disney artists, so they are captivating and actually engage a childish imagination.  As one of my younger daughters said today, "I like these pictures because there is more action in them than in most other Catholic books for kids.  There's just more going on than I've seen before."

Part of my family is in The Netherlands for 2 years. I sent them an email about your Apostolate and they are trying to share your work and the CD's with others.  Many are Catholic over there, by birth, and go to Church Christmas and Easter.  My family are in hopes that they in some small way can brings souls to Christ.  Your Apostolate has given them a great tool!  Blessed be God!
